What makes people choose a product? In our sales team, the answer starts exactly where others stop: with listening. "From the first contact to closing the deal – if you want to understand what customers really need, you have to be able to listen actively", explains Felix, Digital Sales Manager at ADDITIVE. For him, sales is not just about numbers or simply "doing sales". It's about building relationships.
