Mental health is not just an add-on - it is essential for focus, energy and team spirit. With the workshop "Stress Yourself Right!", we're kicking off our 2026 health initative and showing what true corporate health management really means.

Creating Space for Focus and Inner Stability

To kick off our 2026 health initiative, everything revolved around the question: How can we develop a healthy approach to stress in our daily (work) lives? Together with Johanna Fischer - mental coach, nutrition expert, and yoga teacher who focuses on holistic health - we explored new perspectives on stress and mental strength. The focus was on practical tools for everyday use to support concentration, balance, and sustainable energy - delivered with empathy, expertise, and real-world relevance. Together, we developed concrete strategies to transform inner restlessness into focus and to see stress not as an enemy, but as a compass.

Mental Strength Begins with Awareness

Mental health requires more than good intentions. It requires spaces where exchange, reflection, and personal development are possible. That is exactly what formats like our “Stress Yourself Right!” workshop create. In an intensive yet relaxed atmosphere, stress patterns were explained and made tangible, and mindfulness techniques were explored. At the same time, the focus was on strengthening inner resilience and consciously finding a personal balance between ambition and regeneration. The workshop was not only informative but also a genuine experience - with lasting “aha” moments.

Health is Teamwork - Body and Mind Included

For us at ADDITIVE, health is not a bonus program; it is part of our corporate culture. Our initiatives for our employees aim to strengthen both physical and mental fitness - not just in the short term, but sustainably. After all, a healthy and motivated team is the foundation for strong performance, creative ideas, and genuine innovative strength. Our 2026 health initiative is therefore more than just a set of measures - it is a clear statement: we take health seriously. And we invest in what matters most - the people.

More Than Just a Workshop

The workshop was the first step -  but certainly not the last. With our 2026 health initiative, we are pursuing a holistic approach that equally addresses body and mind. Our goal is to foster a corporate culture in which mental and physical health are actively supported. Immediately afterward, the program continued with the next focus on physical health: a targeted functional core training to strengthen the back, with a focus on physical prevention.
