Team Lead People & Culture

We are tech nerds, marketers, and tourism experts, not professional soccer players. Still, at the South Tyrolean Company Cup, we proved that our passion goes far beyond the desk.

Here is how ambition, late training sessions, and team spirit pushed us to go the extra mile for a good cause.

Passion Beats Talent: Our Mindset on the Field

We develop smart software and create data-driven marketing campaigns for hotels – but on the soccer field? There, the roles were completely redefined when we participated in the South Tyrolean Company Cup. From the start, we knew we would not win the tournament through natural ball skills alone. But when we compete, we do it with the clear ambition to give everything as a team.

That is exactly the sports team mindset that unites us and perfectly reflects our company culture: We train together to keep improving, push each other forward, and celebrate our successes as a team at the end.

Trainings in the Dark and Going the Extra Mile

If you want to be at the top, you can not give up after the first (athletic) setback. That’s why, after a day at the office, we did not head straight to the couch – instead, we consistently laced up our cleats.

Our training sessions often continued late into the evening, well after dark. This hands-on mentality and passion for what we do are deeply rooted in our company culture. We go the extra mile together to achieve our goals – whether we are launching a software feature or working on the perfect cross on the field. The energy we usually put into our marketing projects became pure team spirit on the pitch.

Our shared drive was unbeatable: On the field, you could feel exactly the same energy and motivation that push us forward every day in work.

South Tyrolean Company Cup 2026: More Than Just a Game

Ultimately, however, this event was about much more than athletic competition. We are on a shared mission to make a positive impact beyond our professional fields with passion and loyalty. That is why the tournament was dedicated to a good cause. By actively participating, we wanted not only to give it our all on the field, but also to send a strong message. The entry fees for the Company Cup are donated each year to the “South Tyrol Helps” initiative.

But one thing was clear to us: We would go the extra mile here, too. That is why we decided to donate an additional 200€ to “South Tyrol Helps” for every completed training session, as well as another 350€ for our loyal fan club. This allowed us to support the initiative with a total of 1,000€ while further motivating our team to stick with it together an make a difference.

This combination of professional development, personal growth, and social responsibility is what drives us. Because at the end of the day, what matters is not only the win on the scoreboard, but the lasting impact we create through our unity as the ADDITIVE team.
