The Mission Day 2025 led us to Valencia — and it was much more than just an event. It was a powerful reminder of what has defined ADDITIVE for two decades: passion, cohesion and the courage to explore new paths.
It is one of the most anticipated dates in the ADDITIVE calendar — and for good reason: Mission Day brings everyone together. This year we went one step further. 20 years of ADDITIVE? That calls for a celebration to remember. So: suitcases packed, everyone on the bus — destination unknown. Only at the airport did it become clear: Valencia awaited us.
After check‑in, our official anniversary event started at a top location. Between inspiring reviews of the past and forward‑looking visions for the future, one thing was celebrated above all: our team. Because 20 years of success are possible only when everyone pulls together.
What would an ADDITIVE journey be without extraordinary program items? Saturday had a lot in store. During the beach Olympics we competed in teams — and soon discovered: even sand can shape team spirit.
Then we enjoyed a relaxed lunch on the beach promenade, before we prepared for one of the highlights of the trip: an exclusive tour of a local orange plantation with fresh paella served outdoors.
On the final day awaited a very special adventure: a city rally through Valencia’s old town. In small teams we solved creative tasks and explored the city with playful determination. A farewell that lingered — not just because of the sunshine and tapas, but above all because of togetherness. Only those who solved the city rally found the location of our final lunch spot on this shared trip.
City rally solved. Mission accomplished. And onward.
Mission Day 2025 was not only a look back at the past — but above all a look ahead. With the same spirit that has accompanied us for two decades.
Because if one thing is certain: the next mission is already waiting. The next Mission Day, too — and as a team we are already looking forward to it with great anticipation.
